AWF Referral Program – Ethics, Legality & Bonus Rules
Module 1: Overview of the AWF Referral Program
AWF pays $100 per valid, paid referral.
Payouts follow a monthly reporting and 30-day processing cycle.
Referrals must be an active, paid Owner Agents in good standing.
Module 2: What the Program Is NOT
It is not a multi-level marketing (MLM) system.
It is not an affiliate program.
It is not a get-rich-quick scheme or income opportunity.
There are no tiers, commissions, or override payouts.
This program exists to thank agents for helping AWF grow — not to be resold or repackaged as a money-making venture.
Module 3: Prohibited Actions & Misrepresentations
Do NOT claim you can make money only from referrals.
Do NOT charge people for "access" to the referral program.
Do NOT offer referral bonuses if someone hasn’t purchased the AWF platform through a legitimate process.
Never present the referral program as its own business.
Violations may lead to immediate removal from the program and/or termination of your AWF account.
Module 4: How Tracking Works
No referral links, IDs, or coupons are used.
Referrals are tracked manually by our support system through agent-submitted emails.
Referral payouts show on your Monthly P&L Statement.
Module 5: Who Can Qualify for Bonuses
Only active Owner Agents in good standing are eligible.
You must have a live reseller website and an active paid platform plan.
If your account is frozen, canceled, or non-compliant, you are not eligible for payout.
Module 6: Legal & FTC Compliance
The AWF Referral Program is FTC-compliant and built around actual service delivery.
Referral bonuses are not paid for "recruiting" — they are thank-you bonuses tied to real purchases.
All agents must follow AWF's Terms and comply with U.S. laws governing promotions, earnings claims, and disclosures.
